1. Digital Products Nature

Visionary Career AI provides digital services in the form of system credits used for AI-powered resume generation. Due to the immediate delivery and consumable nature of these digital credits, standard returns are not applicable.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

• A technical error occurred preventing the generation of your document, and your credits were consumed.
• You were double-charged due to a payment gateway error.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Not receiving a job interview or offer (as our tool optimizes formatting and keywords, but cannot guarantee hiring outcomes).
• Credits that have already been successfully used to generate a downloadable PDF.
• Change of mind after the service has been successfully delivered to your dashboard.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria, please contact us at support@visionarycareer.app within 7 days of your transaction. Include your account email and a description of the technical issue. Our team will review and process valid requests within 3-5 business days.
